Dr. Dacal graduated from the University of Barcelona with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and worked in human medicine and research for over 10 years. Following her passion for animals, she decided to change her career path and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2014.

Dr. Dacal moved to the US in 2018 to pursue her career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in the US. During her time at Oklahoma State University, she found her true passion for emergency medicine. Following veterinary school, she did an Emergency Mentorship at an urgent care and emergency practice in Colorado. 

Dr. Dacal’s professional interests include emergent stabilization, feline medicine, ultrasound, and the excitement and challenge that emergency medicine brings. 

Dr. Dacal’s main interests outside work include traveling, enjoying the outdoors (hiking, running, etc.), and trying different wineries and restaurants with her wonderful husband.
