Desiree brings a unique blend of veterinary leadership, hospitality operations, and people-centered management to her role. With a background that includes high-volume luxury hospitality, client service, employee engagement, and operational leadership, she is passionate about creating systems that help teams work more effectively while ensuring clients and their pets feel supported during stressful moments.

At SAGE San Francisco, Desiree focuses on strengthening communication, improving workflows, supporting training and onboarding, and helping build a hospital culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and collaboration.
