Dr. Miller earned his veterinary degree at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. After this, he completed a 1-year rotating internship at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital followed by a 3-year Small Animal Internal Medicine residency at The Ohio State University’s Veterinary Medical Center. He enjoys both being a veterinarian as well as practicing internal medicine; taking a patient with an unknown or complex disease and figuring out how best to help them.  When not at work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and exploring the Bay Area with his finacee and their 7-year-old dog, Poppy. Of caring for animals, Dr. Miller says "Growing up with animals, the human-animal bond has always been important to me. It’s an honor helping people and the pets they call family to foster and preserve this special bond."
