Dr. Jack Meagher grew up in New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers and went to veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. Since he has always been drawn to helping some of the sickest pets, Jack naturally gravitated towards emergency medicine after graudation. After many years of working as an emergency veterinarian, Jack decided that he wanted to dedicate more time to helping the sickest and most injured animals in the hospital. He completed a critical care residency at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital in the Los Angeles area. Now that he has completed a residency, he is excited to be offering critical care services at SAGE in Concord.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys the outdoors and loves to hike. He and his partner have a very spoiled cat named Arya.
