I am excited to bring my expertise to serve the East Bay community and help address the pressing demand for neurology specialty care in the region. I am particularly passionate about surgical management of severe spinal cord injury in dogs, movement disorders, seizure management, and leveraging artificial intelligence to advance the future of veterinary neurology. My journey into this field was ignited by my neuroscience and cognitive science courses during my undergraduate studies, a passion that deepened through hands-on experience with groundbreaking research in clinical veterinary neurology during my veterinary education.
This included immersive exposure to technologies such as surgical placement of deep brain implants for EEG recording and seizure forecasting. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy activities such as golf, longboarding/snowboarding, chess, and spending quality time with my beloved cat, Enzyme.
