The Tri-Cities is a rapidly growing area with weather consisting of four distinct seasons and a lot of sun. We are located three hours east of Seattle and two hours south of Spokane. Kiplinger reported in 2017 that the Tri-Cities is one of the best places to raise a family in the US. It has a strong research-based economy with plenty of high tech jobs. The school districts are strong with plentiful parks and playgrounds throughout the three cities. There are also three rivers running through the Tri-Cities. The crime rate is low and the cost of living is reasonable.
