Allison Mattingly, DVM

Background and Education:
Veterinary School: University of California, Davis

Dr. Allison Mattingly grew up in the East Bay and graduated from Carondelet High School in 1996. She attended UC Davis for her Bachelor of Science in Animal Medicine, with a minor in Native American Studies and graduated in 1999. She stayed at UC Davis for veterinary school, and earned her DVM in 2003.

From 2003 to 2011, Dr. Mattingly worked in general practice and preventative medicine in Oakley and in Lafayette. In 2011, she took an Emergency Clinician role at a hospital in Roseville, where she focused on small animal emergency care, as well as occasional exotic and wildlife medicine cases.

In her free time, Dr. Mattingly enjoys yoga – she has been a dedicated practitioner for many years. She has two school-aged children and loves being involved as a mom.
