Dr. Bianca Boudreau is a graduate of College de l’Outaouais in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, where she received a College Diploma in Applied Sciences, and the University of Montreal, where she studied biological sciences and animal physiology. She stayed on at the University of Montreal and received her DVM in 2008. Following graduation, Dr. Boudreau completed a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists and a small animal surgical internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. Prior to joining SAGE, Dr. Boudreau worked as an instructor of operative surgery at Michigan State University.
Dr. Boudreau has a strong interest in thoracic surgery, with a particular interest in chylothorax. She also likes skin and reconstructive surgery, as well as orthopedic surgery.
When she’s not practicing, Bianca loves hiking, running, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys yoga, cooking, and reading a good book. She’s the proud owner of two long-haired cats, Maya and Cosmo.
